100% Satisfaction

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your experience and purchase. If for any reason, if anything did not meet your expectations, please contact us and we will make it right.

Shipping

Orders are shipped every Wednesday for next-day delivery. 

• Orders must be placed by Monday night 11:59 pm
• Your order will be carefully packed in an insulated box with ice packs to maintain proper temperature
• Your order will ship via FedEx 1 Day Ground

Pick Up

Picking up your order directly at the farm is also an option. Pick-up on-farm is on Thursdays between 12 pm and 6 pm. Please contact us if you need special accommodations.

Returns

All sales from our online farm store are final, with no returns accepted.

Payment

Our online farm store offers a secure checkout and accepts most major forms of payment.

Order Fulfillment

We make it our goal to fulfill orders in a timely manner. When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email for your records. Please note, this order confirmation does not guarantee our acceptance of your order. Wolf Oak Pastures LLC reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. We also reserve the right to supply less than the quantity ordered or otherwise alter the order's details. In the event that any changes to your order are necessary, we will contact you. 

Out of Stock

We do our best to update online stock quantities in a timely manner. However, there may be occasions when an order placed online cannot be fulfilled due to unexpected changes to in-stock quantities. Please remember that we are a small farm and not a big warehouse. If this occurs, we will contact you with an out-of-stock notice and estimate of when or if we expect the item to be restocked or optional substitutes. Should this occur, you will have the option to cancel your order.
