Not sure which roast to try, why not try a few?

This beef roast bundle will keep your freezer stocked with healthy grass-fed beef!

Roast are a great option for week night meals. Set it and forget it in your slow cooker or insta pot for a tasty pot roast or pulled beef tacos.

Or dress it up for special occasion roast beef dinner!

This bundle includes:

Beef Sirloin Tip Roast

The mid-section, provides the most tender meat. It's located behind the ribs, and this section of the cow doesn't get much of a workout. This is where the most expensive cuts come from, such as the filet and tenderloin. Just behind the loin is the sirloin, which gives us the top sirloin. Moving back to the rump, we get the sirloin tip. The further back you go, the more muscular and tougher the beef.

1 Bottom Round Roast

Bottom round makes a great pot roast, roast beef, slice thin for deli meat, add leftovers to pastas salads and more!

1 Eye Roast

This cut is very lean, it comes from the center or the "eye" of the round primal, and it has a circular shape. This group of muscles gets a lot of exercise and so the meat can be tough if not cooked correctly. Be sure to cook slowly to a medium/medium rare doneness for a perfectly done beef roast.

Round roast is wonderful sliced thin and added to soups, ramen, used as deli meat on sandwiches, or even making beef jerky!

Chuck roast is the perfect cut for a set and forget meal!

A slow cooker or insta pot is the best cooking method for this roast.

While the most popular way to prepare this cut is a classic pot roast, we actually prefer using chuck roast for tacos!

1 Top Round Roast

Makes great roast beef for sandwiches. Be sure to cook slowly to a medium/medium rare doneness for a perfectly done beef roast.

*Our beef is frozen when fresh and packed in a vacuum sealed package.

Our beef comes from our 100% grass-fed and finished cows!

The cows here at Wolf Oak farm spend their time out on our pastures grazing on diverse grasses and clover.

We also over-seed additional types of forbs, legumes and shrubs for a well balanced salad bar for our livestock.

All that grass-fed goodness absolutely shines through in the quality, taste, and nutrition of our pasture raised beef.
